Björn has particular focus on M&A and his experience ranges from advising on acquisitions, disposals, financing, valuations and carve-outs. He also has considerable experience in leading complex and multi-disciplinary engagements.
He works with global and world-leading companies and has experience and knowledge in sectors such as manufacturing, automotive and the commercial vehicles.
