Björn is Partner within Management Consulting at KPMG Sweden.
Björn has worked as a management consultant primarily in efficiency, process, purchasing, and organizational development for over 20 years.
He has worked in and led more than 60 consulting assignments, nationally and internationally, thereby gaining a good understanding of the success factors and risks organizations face in change and efficiency work.
He has experience of leading and working in telecom, grocery trade, industrial production, the investment-heavy industries around energy, steel and mining, in the public sector (county councils, municipalities and government agencies), and in the financial sectors of banking and insurance.
