Chris Moore

Chris is a global leader with a focus on large scale transformation and modernization initiatives within the Defense, Public Safety, and National Security sector. He supports clients on transformation design, strategic planning, organizational governance, business transformation, resource management, and complex program management. Chris currently leads the Defense and Security and Defense Industry Advisory teams for KPMG across the Middle East.

In his consulting career, Chris has supported many clients including Departments of Defense, the Canadian Armed Forces, Federal and Municipal Policing and Law Enforcement Agencies, and other Federal departments and agencies inside and outside of the Defense and Security Sector. Chris has extensive experience working with international partners both while in the military and in his consulting career.

Prior to his career in consulting, Chris completed 25 years of distinguished service in the Canadian Armed Forces. His experience included strategic and operational roles both inside of the Navy and in Joint roles within Defense Headquarters. Highlights of his service included operational roles onboard ships including Ship’s Captain, Director Strategic Coordination in the Vice Chief of Defense’s Organization and the Director Naval Strategic Management reporting directly to the Commander of the Navy.
