Hanan Alowain is a Partner within the Government and Public Sector team at KPMG in Saudi Arabia. She has 14 years of experience in the human capital and social development sector, extensively focusing on youth empowerment and social development initiatives. Prior to KPMG, she led a portfolio of youth engagement projects that involved unconventional ways to strengthen youth targeted initiatives and capabilities focusing on the labour market.
Driven by her passion and desire to create positive impact, Hanan has practical experience in concept and programs design using design thinking approach immersing herself in the customer experience. Through her career, she served as an Advisor to King Khalid Foundation on the Passport to Success program. She also worked in strategy development and project management and led transformation initiatives to spur institutional growth and support the development of high-performance working groups.
Hanan has completed multiple programs including merit based international placement and exchange programs in UK and USA. She completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School and has an MBA from Prince Sultan University.
