Brendan Lalor joined KPMG in Saudi Arabia in early 2026 to lead its Transfer Pricing (TP) practice in the Eastern Province and is based in Al Khobar. He has nearly 25 years of TP and International Tax experience gained from both developed and developing markets, including the Middle East, Australia, Europe & the UK, Africa and Southeast Asia. His TP industry experience includes oil and gas, manufacturing, agriculture, mining and minerals, commodity trading, shipping and logistics, FMCG, IT and technology and pharmaceutical industry TP experience. His TP work across these industries includes documentation compliance, policy design and audit defense, whilst also participating in APAs.
