Hanan Al Arfaj is a Director in the Healthcare team at KPMG Middle East and holds extensive experience across the healthcare sector. Prior to joining KPMG in 2024, she was the General Manager for Planning Administration at the Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia, and the Director for Costing at the First Health Cluster in the Eastern Province. She started her career at King Fahad Specialist Hospital Damman, where she served in progressive roles for eleven years, lastly as Head of the Strategic Planning Department. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from Damman University and an MBA from King Faisal University.
