The Graduate Development Program is exclusively for nationals, helping university graduates build their careers in Audit, Tax and Advisory. The Ignite Manager Milestone Program is a seven-month development journey for newly promoted managers across KPMG Middle East. Through learning and collaboration, the program strengthens their leadership capabilities, helping them lead with confidence, support their teams and enhance their impact with clients.
Elevate is our early-talent initiative for high-potential Emirati university students across the UAE. Led by the KPMG UAE Youth Council, it offers an immersive day of workshops, conversations and hands-on experiences, helping students explore careers at KPMG, build skills and take their first steps towards becoming future leaders.
Our COOP and Internship programs give senior students practical experience through project work alongside experienced professionals. Participants build their skills and explore careers at KPMG, with successful completion offering a potential pathway to our Graduate Development Program.
