The public sector constantly faces many challenges, driven by both evolution and transformation at European Union level, but also by various internal, specific factors. One of the areas most affected is public procurement, which is frequently subject to legislative changes.

- Analysis and mapping of the document flow at contracting authority/entity level and provision of recommendations for its improvement, using process improvement tools enabled by the Lean Six Sigma methodology;
- Assistance in setting up a public procurement department or reorganizing the existing one.
- Management consulting services for regulatory/control authorities:
- Assistance in the implementation of the control process or analysis of the existing control process and provision of improvement recommendations using process improvement tools enabled by the Lean Six Sigma methodology;
- Analysis of legislative provisions and drafting recommendations for improvement;
