e-Invoicing: The digital way forward

In an effort to support the demanding and ever-growing digital economy, the Government has announced the rollout of the e-Invoicing initiative in stages from 2023 onwards with a targeted timeline of mandatory adoption for all businesses by January 2027. Out with the old and in with the new, e-Invoicing is the digital way forward with real time transaction reporting allowing businesses to improve their processes via a holistic integrated system.

Adoption to e-Invoicing can be made easier, join us as we discuss on the e-Invoicing development in Malaysia with special guests, Dr Rasyidah Che Rosli, Director of the Tax Operations Department from the Inland Revenue Board (“IRB”) of Malaysia and Mr Song Hock Koon, Vice President of Digital Trade from Malaysia Digital Economy Malaysia (“MDEC”) as we prepare for the digital way forward.
