Vita has 14 years of experience in advising multinational and local clients on a whole range of tax and accounting issues: Leads a group of tax specialists in a number of tax audits and due diligence projects; Consults corporations with issues related to Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax and Personal Income Tax compliance (guidance and techniques for tax compliance, preparation and submission of tax returns and other tax related obligatory statements to local fiscal authorities); Advises numerous local and international clients on proper tax treatment; Assists the clients with tax structuring advices and acts as a tax specialist in numerous tax review and advisory projects; Represents them to the fiscal authorities in various discussions and issues related to tax treatment, assists in tax refunds and tax investigations. Vita has experience in various sectors such as real estate, agriculture, financial, transportation, pharmaceutical, media, telecoms, construction, aviation, industrial, retail and consumer markets.
