Michael's major location experience with the Big 4 include: Melbourne (4 years), New York (3years), Hong Kong (4 years), Mainland China (3 years), London (3 years), and Singapore (4 years).
His principal experience is on transactions in the Private Equity, Private Credit and Fiancial Services sectors consisting of primarily large and medium scale buyouts and grwoth investments including buy-side and sell-side/ vendor support engagements across Europe and Asia Pacific.
Michael assists clients with respect to the following services:

- Deal Strategy (Value Creation and Commercial due deligience); and
