Anita Lin

Deputy Head of Tax, Partner, KPMG in Taiwan

Anita Lin has been with KPMG Taiwan since 2006 and previously worked in Assurance and Corporate Tax.

She specializes in transfer pricing, including planning strategies and audit defense.

Anita also completed a secondment with KPMG Singapore.

Trista Li

Director, Supply Chain, KPMG in China

Trista started her tax consulting career in KPMG in 2007. She specialized in providing China business and tax advisory, supply chain advisory, and trade and customs services to clients in various industries, including consumer market and retail, life science, high-technology, manufacturing and services industries.

Trista has extensive experience in tax-efficient corporate restructuring, supply chain planning, tax risk management, tax dispute resolution, and tax policy lobbying. She has advised multinational and domestic enterprises on taxation and business strategies.

She has supported multinational groups with investment planning, exit strategies, and negotiations with PRC tax authorities for favorable treatments. She has also assisted in pre-IPO tax services for private enterprises, covering tax health checks, restructuring, and supply chain optimization.

Leigh Burton

Senior Manager, Trade & Customs, KPMG US

Leigh is a senior manager in KPMG’s Trade and Customs practice with over 14 years of experience in global trade compliance.

Prior to KPMG, Leigh managed Global Trade Services operations for a major U.S. importer, coordinating logistics and compliance.

Leigh has led automation and data improvement projects across areas such as HTS, ISA, FTA, and Country of Origin.

Leigh also implemented Foreign Trade Zone projects across industries, driving efficiency and duty savings.

The experience across operations and technology enables Leigh to deliver end-to-end compliant trade solutions.

Lim Chew Teng

Partner, Audit, Head of Mandarin-speaking Desk, KPMG in Vietnam

Chew Teng leads KPMG service teams, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with client expectations, including audit planning and execution.

She oversees engagement timelines, financial statement reviews, reporting, and overall audit quality control.

Chew Teng serves as the main point of contact between KPMG and company management.

She has extensive experience in statutory audits for multinational and local clients across industries such as manufacturing, real estate, agriculture, and services.

Her work involves deep knowledge of international accounting standards for foreign-owned companies and listed subsidiaries.

Chen Chia-Chen (Brian)

Partner, Audit, KPMG in Taiwan

Brian Chen is a Partner at KPMG in Taiwan and Vietnam specializing in Audit & Assurance and IPO services.

He has extensive experience in financial statement audits, cross-border listings, IPO consulting, internal control systems, and IFRS conversion.

Brian has advised clients on stock exchange listings including OTC and emerging markets.

He actively contributes as a director of CTCVN HCMC and serves as a VBF commissioner, supporting regulatory and market development.

With strong knowledge of both Taiwanese and Vietnamese markets, Brian supports clients navigating regulations and growth strategies.
