Responsibilities:

Liaison between management, staff and clients & received a draft bill after Partner in-charge approved

Raise draft bill (including normal invoices, credit notes, billings reversal cases…)

To find out of pocket expenses “OPEs” to be included in the draft bill & to confirm with Manager in-charge on OPEs charge back to client and post approve on a draft bill;

Print out final bill (hard copy) then bring a hard copy to Manager in-charge for review and initial, review and sign initial on copy bill. Bring final bill to Partner for sign off on bill;

Manage the delivery formal invoice to clients and prepare the minutes of Invoice adjustments, Invoice cancellation, Lost invoices, letter of indemnity;

Manage the stock level of invoices letter heads, work with printing vendors, review the contracts, check quantity, quality of invoices receipts. Register those newly ordered invoices with tax authority on timely manage for effective usage;

Manage billing postage on lead-time review and inform Managers & Manage the billing status, build mechanism to review the outstanding date of bills in IBS;

Check the bank statements, credit advice, cheques every day to review and post receipts from clients to IBS system, clear customers line items. Any case of wrong transfer, to follow up and refund cash to client or internal transfer

Review and follow up with client and engagement team member to adjust the amounts advance from customers and clear out debtors;

Receive payment from clients or arrange driver/messenger to collect payment (Prepare authorize letter to collect payment);

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting; CAT is preferable;

At least 2- or 3-years’ experience in related fields;

Experience in SAP system in the billing process;

Highly confidential, Good communication skills, strong commitment, responsible, and Honest;

Fluent in English, speaking, writing and reading skills;
