Alessandra Tronconi

Alessandra joined KPMG network in 1992 as a junior tax consultant and, rising rapidly through the ranks, she became Partner in 2001; she is in charge of the practice of Studio Associato in the Central Area of Italy (Emilia-Romagna, Marche, Tuscany and Umbria).

Alessandra specialized in domestic and international tax matters related to generational change in international family groups, M&A and group reorganizations, adding her highly experience in assisting clients in Tax Dispute & Resolution.

A further and specific area of Alessandra’s expertise is Corporate Governance and Regulatory of listed international industrial groups.
