Shira is the Head of Business Development (BD) Team at KPMG Israel. Responsible for leading the strategy of business development for growing business including the implementation of management processes methodology regarding strategic clients and cross selling. Among many other BD fields, Shira in charge of alliances including market research, negotiations, go-to- market and ROI.
