Gal joined KPMG in 2007 and heads the Core IT advisory services, which include :ERP, IT Project advisory, Financial BI and reporting, IT Strategy, BCP, IT Internal audit and GRC Advisory services. Gal has extensive experience with respect to IT advisory and IT audit o in various environments and information systems. Gal managed various projects related to IT and business processes in sectors, such as: Banking, Credit Cards, Insurance, Hi-Tech, Industrial, Retail, Oil & Gas and Telecommunication. This includes; Managed projects of information systems vendor selection assistance. Managed & performed a detailed review of ERP implementation. Managed activities of information systems audit & advisory including: risks assessment review, processes review relating to relevant control aspects. Managed IT Advisory engagements focusing on ERP security (data access) aspects.
