Aryeh Fund

Aryeh is an audit partner and heads KPMG Israel’s US SEC practice and US Capital Markets Group. In his capacity as head of the SEC Practice, Aryeh assists our clients and engagement teams with navigating the accounting, filing and regulatory issues they encounter throughout the IPO and foreign private issuer’s reporting process. In particular, Aryeh’s experience and expertise includes US GAAP, IFRS and SEC reporting requirements as well as PCAOB compliant auditing and internal controls over financial reporting (SOX). Aryeh utilizes his experience to provide valuable comments and perspectives with respect to initial registration statements, annual filing documents and responses to SEC comment letters. Aryeh is a member of the Israel Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
