Budi Susanto
Managing Partner
KPMG Indonesia
Budi is the Managing Partner for KPMG Indonesia. He was previously the Head of Audit & Assurance, the Head of Department of Professional Practice for the firm, and has been a key member of the Indonesian leadership team since 2019.
Budi has more than 20 years of experience in providing audit and other attestation services to multi-national, joint venture and local companies in various industry sectors. Other than providing audit services, Budi also involved in IFRS conversion project and due diligence review on acquisition of a target client.
Budi also has responsibilities as the partner in charge for capital market and IFRS conversion service in KPMG Indonesia and as the Chairman of Financial Accounting Standards Implementation team – Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAPI). He is also active in delivering in-house and external training (including seminar, workshops, etc.), especially with regard to IFRS.
Indra Wijaya

Indra is a partner in Audit & Assurance services and the Head of Department of Professional Practice for KPMG Indonesia. He has experience in providing audit and other assurance services to consumer and industrial products, pharmaceutical, and telecommunication clients. Indra is currently the Chairman of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards Board – Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (DSAK-IAI). As part of his role, he is also actively involved in international forums of accounting standard setters.
Irwan Djaja

Irwan is the Head of Advisory practice for KPMG Indonesia and CEO of KPMG Siddharta Advisory. He has more than 29 years of experience spanning business consulting and industry roles. Prior to joining KPMG Indonesia, Irwan was a CEO of the technology, media and telecommunication for an Indonesian multinational conglomerate group company. During a ten year tenure with the group, Irwan served as an executive board member in various business units. He was the president director and CEO of a publicly listed company providing broadband internet, and the president director of a strategic listed holding company with an investment in 4G LTE, satellite, pay TV, broadband, media, and technology solutions. Irwan also served as president commissioner of an integrated financial service company.
Iwan Hoo
Head of Transfer Pricing
KPMG Indonesia
Iwan is the Head of KPMG Indonesia's Transfer Pricing practice. He has over 25 years of experience, with more than 15 of those years focused specifically on tax and transfer pricing in Indonesia.
Prior to joining KPMG Indonesia, Iwan was with the KPMG Global Transfer Pricing Services group in Singapore for nearly four years, and in the Netherlands for more than a year. Before that, he worked with the international tax and transfer pricing group of another big four firm in Amsterdam and Jakarta.
Iwan has been involved in various projects including transfer pricing documentation, planning and audit defense, and advance pricing agreement negotiations. Iwan holds an LLM in Tax Law from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands.
Natalia Yamin

Natalia is a director in Global Mobility Services (GMS) at KPMG Indonesia and brings over 26 years of experience to her role. Her primary responsibilities include providing tax assistance to international assignees of multinational corporations and local individual taxpayers. This includes offering tax compliance and advisory services for expatriates and Indonesian nationals, particularly concerning various Indonesian individual tax issues. She also represents individuals in their dealings with the tax office during tax audits, and oversees payroll services for certain companies in Indonesia.
Natalia offers individual tax training and seminars for Indonesian employees, as well as briefings on employee income tax calculations and related issues for Indonesian entities. Natalia is a licensed tax practitioner in Indonesia and a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI).
Andy Tanu Utomo

Andy is a director in Tax services for KPMG Indonesia. He has almost 16 years of experience providing tax advice to multinational and domestic corporations in a variety of industries. Andy currently leads the Indonesian office of Global Compliance Services and works together with KPMG ASPAC to provide compliance services around the world.
Andy is also actively involved in various tax due diligence efforts, including tax advisory services for financial services, e-commerce, shipping, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and service companies. He is also involved in various tax structuring engagements and has assisted in other aspects of the acquisition of Indonesian entities, including the tax aspects of valuation issues and the consideration of ownership structures.
Ajeng Yesie Triewanty

Ajeng is an Intellectual Property (IP) specialist at Roosdiono & Partners. She has more than 16 years of experience. She advises and represents clients on various IP works, including protection, prosecution, litigation, due diligence, and transactional IP work such as licensing and franchising, and provides advisory and review of cooperation agreements in movie productions. She is also experienced in providing advice on data protection and representing clients in commercial litigation and arbitration matters. Ajeng's landmark dispute cases include the Indonesian National Arbitration Center’s trademark case, which has garnered significant attention in Indonesia, as well as the KOPITIAM case.
The practice has observed a notable surge in patent prosecution work, notably serving esteemed clients like GUANGDONG OPPO MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORP, LTD, and ZTE CORPORATION. Furthermore, the practice group has demonstrated increased prowess in enforcement efforts, particularly representing prominent brands such as 'Rolex,' 'Hot Star,' Warner Bros Inc., DC Comics, and 'Oatly' to safeguard and uphold their IP rights in Indonesia.

Susanto is an experienced CPA with over 27 years of experience. He currently serves as the Head of Clients and Markets and Insurance Practice Leader for KPMG Indonesia. Susanto is actively involved in the discussion and implementation of IFRS 17 in Indonesia.

He has completed the Sustainability Essentials for Business Certification from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and the Executive Certificate in Advancing Sustainability from New York University.
Elvia R. Shauki, Ph.D

Elvia is a member of the Indonesian Sustainability Standards Board (DSK) of the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI) for the 2023-2027 period. Elvia was a member of DSAK IAI from 2018-2023 and has been member of Task Force Comprehensive Corporate Reporting (TF CCR) IAI since 2020. As a member of TF CCR IAI, she was actively engaged in the initial discussions and development of ISSB and IFRS S1 and S2 in Indonesia.
Elvia is an accounting lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Indonesia. Currently, Elvia also serves as a lecturer at the University of South Australia and is a guest lecturer in the postgraduate accounting program at Airlangga University. Previously, Elvia served as the head of the program and policy division at Bank Duta (April 1985-August 1988), the head representative at Fortis Bank (March 1993-September 2001), a lecturer in accounting at La Trobe University (January 2001-February 2005) and has held several other positions. She also conducts research in her field.
Elvia obtained her Ph.D. from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia in 2007 and an MBA from Catholic University, Leuven, Belgium in 1991. Elvia earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Indonesia in 1984.
