Nicole is a Partner in KPMG’s Tax practice in Trinidad and Tobago and has over 30 years’ experience in providing tax compliance and advisory services to companies in all business sectors including Energy and Natural Resources (upstream & Downstream), Banking and insurance, Retail & Manufacturing. She also provides tax compliance and advisory services to individuals including Global assignees.
She is responsible for advising domestic and international clients on all aspects of taxation including tax due diligence, structuring of business investments in Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana, corporate tax compliance, negotiations with Board of Inland Revenue objections and appeals. Nicole also provides support to KPMG’s audit teams in the review of tax provisions relating to large clients with complex tax computations.
Nicole has worked with many KPMG Network firms offering support and advising on the tax implications for multi-nationals contemplating doing business in Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana including assisting international assignees with their tax obligations.
Nicole has also presented on numerous tax Forums and training for both internal and external audiences.
