David is the Head of Tax for KPMG Islands Group and also leads the AEOI and Economic Substance teams for KPMG Cayman Islands and the BVI. David has over 25 years of experience with KPMG and has been based in Cayman since 2008. His primary speciality areas are with respect to U.S. inbound and outbound tax reporting and structuring.
He advises clients on international partnership and corporate tax issues including hedge fund and private equity fund reporting (including Schedule K1s and tax return filings), insurance taxation, check the box elections, Subpart F considerations and U.S. trade or business reviews.
