Liana Kosmatou - Partner - Data Protection Officer

Liana is the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at KPMG Greece and partner in the law firm CPA Law, which is member of KPMG’s International Legal and Tax Network. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association and practices before all Greek Supreme Courts. She is specialized in Regulatory Compliance related legislation mainly on the Protection of Personal Data and she has ISO/IEC 17024 certification as Data Protection Officer (DPO) EXECUTIVE. She is also specialized in the commercial, labor, social security and immigration law.

Liana has extensive experience in legal and labor due diligences, as well as in audits related to Compliance on miscellaneous Regulatory issues, Data Privacy among them, as well as in labor restructurings of international groups of companies, incorporation and operation and management of companies of miscellaneous legal forms and activities, and in projects related to immigration of expatriates. She has published articles in legal magazines financial newspapers and in financial news sites.
