Kenny has been involved with real estate on a professional basis for about 32 years, with significant experience in real estate advisory, appraisal, investment, debt, development and management in Greece, Cyprus and the UK. He has managed a number of regulated vehicles, including the Greek branch of a German bank, and an Athens Stock Exchange listed REIC. He has personally executed numerous property sales and acquisitions and has advised a wide range of investors, financial institutions, hotel groups, loan servicers and large corporates on real estate related issues.
