Harry Malet de Carteret

Having first joined the Firm as a graduate in 2012, Harry qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and Tax Technician (ATT), and now has the pleasure of being a Committee Member for the Chartered Institute of Taxation - Jersey branch ("CIOT") and acting as the ATT- CIOT liaison.

Harry specialises in Jersey tax for individuals, trusts and locally owned private investment holding companies, and UK tax applicable to trusts for non-UK domiciliaries and non-resident UK property holding structures. His role primarily focuses on High Value Residents in Jersey – helping with a broad range of Jersey tax advice, including on relocation to Jersey, structuring, transactions and investments etc. – as well as working with local Trust and Company Services Providers to help them and their clients with their Jersey and UK tax affairs.
