Domea administrates public housing companies throughout Denmark, and it was a change in the law that forced the company to consider integrating automation in order to live up to new legal requirements.
Domea started using automation by looking at the processes around utilities expenses. It was a complicated place to start, but because the processes are characterized by many repetitive and homogenous processes that were previously performed manually, it made sense to start there. Domea's experience with automation has been successful and the company now predicts that similar administrative tasks will disappear over time and that they will eventually start advising others on how to automate processes.

In general, our employees are very satisfied with how we have gotten rid of some of the more boring administrative tasks. In fact, we also see fewer errors, since a robot only performs the work it has been ordered to perform.
