The Nordic Ethics and Compliance Survey 2023 is ready!
Nordic companies completed the KPMG Nordic Ethics and Compliance survey during this spring. The report highlights trends in the current compliance landscape and illustrates how Nordic companies are faring with compliance activities.
In the survey 91% responded that that the Board of Directors has expressed increasing expectations for how compliance and ESG risks are handled. And at the same time The Board of Directors and management continues to be increasingly involved for most companies.
Overall, companies are getting more and more mature in their compliance work, yet we have also identified several areas with room for improvement in the company's work.
