In this webinar, we will focus on how technology can accelerate your company's ESG journey by ensuring efficient processes and controls.
The new CSRD rules are highly data-driven, meaning that more data must be collected than before. Since this data also needs to be reported, it places higher demands on data quality. Initially, the rules require limited assurance audits of the data, but the expectation is that this will evolve into a higher level of assurance over time, which will place demands on companies' data collection and validation processes. Similar to financial data, this will mean that internal controls will need to be implemented for ESG data.
Morten Christensen, Head of Solutions at Impero, will present how a well-established control environment can be applied to ESG data. We will explore how Impero, as a tool, can help organisations streamline and strengthen their internal control processes, document risks, and provide an overview of the status of various internal controls.
Henrik Jürgensen, Head of ESG Advisory Services at KPMG, will dive into how you can enhance processes and controls in the ESG area to ensure transparency and compliance with ESG standards. This webinar will provide you with practical tools and insights to optimise your ESG strategy through the use of technology.
This webinar will leave you with:
- General information on ESG controls
- Insights into the process of collecting ESG data
- A concrete example of ESG data collection, including risk identification and control design.
