If your organization is in the process of getting a handle on risks and internal controls, or are you considering starting a project for this purpose, then read on here. We will host a webinar in collaboration with our partner Impero on 22 March, where we will take you through the process from process to risks and controls.

When it comes to internal controls, it is important that the controls are value-adding, and not just controls that are carried out for the sake of the controls. To ensure this, it is important that there is an actual risk to mitigate, but at the same time also a risk that management considers significant for the organization. The easiest way to ensure this is to gain insight into the organization's processes as well as make a risk assessment and takes materiality into account.

The purpose of the webinaris to give you an introduction to how to get a good overview of the processes in your organization, in order to easily identify relevant risks related to the processes and thereby ensure that the right controls are designed and implemented to mitigate or reduce these risks.

So if you want to learn more about the process from process to risks and controls, sign up for this webinar.
