KPMG folk

KPMG is pleased to invite you to a webinar on current topics on accounting, tax and VAT. Topics that are specifically relevant to the annual financial statements.

We look forward to welcoming you to this year's 'Get Ready for the Annual Report' webinar. The webinar takes place over two days, and you can choose to attend both, or just choose the topic you find relevant.

The webinars will cover current topics within accounting, tax and VAT, all of which are relevant to the 2022 year-end. The webinar on 19 December will cover the accounting area and the webinar on 20 December will cover the tax area.

In the accounting area, you will get an overview of news, trends and specific challenges related to the Danish Financial Statements Act and IFRS. We will, among other things, provide updates on changes to the Accounting Act, the Danish Financial Statements Act, other Danish legislation and IFRS that have an impact on the 2022 annual report and the practical challenges that have an impact on the 2022 financial statements.

In the tax area, we will provide a 360-degree update on news and current issues. We will look at BEPS 2.0 and the challenges companies face with digitalization, the new law on interest on VAT and tax corrections, the first year of transfer pricing documentation filing requirements and the latest new attention points in personal income tax.

Participation in the webinars is free of charge. If you are unable to attend yourself, please feel free to pass on the invitation to a colleague. Several people from the same company are very welcome to participate.

Course certificate

Participation in the seminar counts as mandatory continuing education for approved auditors in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Auditors Act. Course certificates will be issued separately for both webinars, so you do not need to attend both to receive a course certificate. Attendance provides continuing education hours of 1.25 hours on accounting and 1.25 hours on tax, respectively. However, the course certificate requires that you attend the full webinar.
