ESG and sustainability has increasingly become the focus areas of society, governments, and interest organizations. However, legalization and an increasing crisis within environmentalism has led more and more organizations to address ESG concerns with greater speed and consciousness.

With our two experts, Esben Juul Hansen and Martin Yde Schmidt, this webinar aims to provide you with an in-depth understanding of ESG and its legislation, in particular the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). EU law requires certain large companies to disclose information on the way they operate and manage social and environmental challenges. This helps investors, civil society organisations, consumers, policy makers and other stakeholders to evaluate the non-financial performance of large companies and encourage these companies to develop a responsible approach to business.

At this webinar you will learn:

  • How are you affected by the CSRD
  • What do we know now, and what is still undecided
  • Key efforts your organization can engage in to address your highest risks within ESG
  • Learn how and what the new CSRD aims to do to spearhead more sustainable organizational actions
  •  Learn more about the correct way to publish information on environmental matters, social matters and treatment of employees, respect for human rights, anti-corruption and bribery and diversity on company boards

The webinar is aimed at individuals who currently work with, or are initiating their reporting agenda, and need to either understand or expand upon their existing knowledge within CSRD, and ESG. The entire ESG series is aimed at stakeholders within the sustainability agenda who wants to further their knowledge on how to work with ESG within business’. Check out the other four events at the front page to see how you can expand your knowledge.
