Simon Schaadt

Simon Schaadt is transfer pricing partner and is experienced in providing transfer pricing and international tax services to a wide range of the largest Danish and international companies with global operations.

Simon's projects include involvement in numerous audits preparing defense files, complaints and related analyses and coordination with involved lawyers; upfront negotiations with tax authorities and binding rulings on future restructurings; feasibility and design of tax consequences related to business restructurings; assisting with the implementation of new transfer pricing structures; preparation of VDD and DD reports for use of seller or buyer including identification of optimisation opportunities; facilitating workshops related to mapping of processes, risks and controls within the tax area; designing and implementation of policies for financial transactions incl. deposits, hedging, loans, guarantees, cash pools; transfer pricing related work in relation to outplacement of manufacturing activities; review and communication of transfer pricing structures for use in coordinating global accounting activities; relocation and phase in/ phase out of IP/brands.

Finally, Simon features as a transfer pricing lecturer on “Master i SKAT” and speaker on various transfer pricing conferences and seminars in Denmark.
