Kathryn Alexis Jörgensen

Kathryn is a Deal Advisory partner at KPMG P/S. Prior to joining KPMG in Denmark in 2014, she worked with KPMG in UK for six years.

Kathryn is a highly experienced deal professional, and has extensive buy side and sell side project-leadership experience, with her primary focus on integration and separation. She leads KPMG’s integration and separation offering out of Denmark.

In addition, Kathryn has extensive due diligence experience across a wide variety of clients and sectors, and is a qualified accountant and member of the ICAEW. She advises large private equity clients and corporations, including FTSE100 and Fortune 500 companies on their acquisition and disposals of mainly Danish companies.
