Martin is a customer strategy and implementation adviser experienced in system-enabled business transformation across a range of industries and technological platforms.
Martin works with the customer agenda and assists clients in combining customer experience strategy with digital offerings to develop lasting relationships with customers. Through knowledge of both the business and IT-related aspects of CRM, Martin is able to add value throughout the full life cycle of CRM projects – from the strategy phase through the implementation. Furthermore, Martin has extensive experience with the agile project management methodology having worked on several agile projects.
Martin’s primary objective is always to deliver as much business value as possible whilst securing a safe and stable delivery of the project.
