Henrik Hansen

Henrik is a Director at KPMG P/S with experience in business development and program management – primarily within the field of IT. Henrik's experience also includes improvement of business processes, SAP advisory services and change management with a cross-industry and cross-border exposure; as well as project and change management of large, global programs in various sourcing agreements such as outsourcing and managed services locally, near and offshore.

Henrik is typically involved in and responsible for sale of projects, transformation activities and delivery of services as well as program and advisory services. Furthermore, Master Data Management is a specific area where Henrik advises our clients on governance, processes and data quality. He also provides consultancy services on activities related to transition in/out of employees and transfer of services in connection with mergers or general outsourcing of functional areas.

Henrik has primarily worked on global clients represented in Europe and has led projects and programs across national borders, regions and cultures.
