Anne-Mette Drucker is Tax Partner in Mobility and People Services and has more than 14 years of experience working with relocation of employees, including employee and employer obligations, non-salary benefits and qualification of international investments, pensions, etc. Further she has experience providing advice to principal shareholders in connection with the transfer of tax residence.
Anne-Mette has extended experience in providing advice in connection with the establishment of businesses and the assessment of permanent establishment in terms of tax and any related obligations. In cooperation with foreign experts from the global KPMG network, Anne-Mette has provided advice to clients in connection with large infrastructure projects.
Anne-Mette is responsible for KPMG Acor Tax' US desk. She has been posted both to Germany and the US on several occasions, and through these postings, she has gained a thorough knowledge of US tax matters. She is therefore an expert in tax matters concerning Denmark and the USA.
Anne-Mette has following areas of tax expertize: International Executive Services, Global Key Account management, mobility strategy, policies and governance structure, permanent establishment and business obligations, qualification of foreign entities, investments, pension and other benefits for Danish tax purposes, and cross border taxation in relation to project assignments.
