Eric is a Partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice in Copenhagen. He is a Dutch national and has 17 years' M&A experience. Prior to joining KPMG, Eric was with ABNAMRO (later RBS) both in Copenhagen and Amsterdam and also worked a period as an independent advisor.   

Eric has a broad investment banking experience with a strong focus on M&A, ranging from one-on-one negotiations to extensive auctions, including sell- and buy-side, public offers, fairness opinions, take-over defence, secondary share issues, strategic reviews, development of M&A strategies and negotiating a multi-billion-euro funding arrangement in several countries.
