Announcement of DRÄS 13 in the Federal "Bundesanzeiger"

The announcement of the German Accounting Change Standard No. 13 (DRÄS 13) by the Federal Ministry of Justice pursuant to Section 342q (2) of the German Commercial Code (HGB) was published in the official section of the Federal Gazette on 27 July 2023. Thus, the proper application of DRÄS 13 is associated with the presumption that the principles of proper accounting relating to group accounting have been observed.

German Accounting Standard No. 13 mainly comprises amendments to GAS 20 Group Management Report and GAS 21 Cash Flow Statement (see EAN 21/2023).
