Frank Wischott is an expert in the International Transaction Tax team for the real estate, regulated assets and transportation/logistics sectors.
He develops tax-optimized strategies for his clients when acquiring or selling companies as well as for IPOs, restructurings and refinancings. He is regularly mandated by multinational groups and financial investors in large and complex M&A transactions where speed and creativity are required. In recent years, Frank Wischott and his team have primarily advised clients in the areas of real estate (housing companies), regulated assets (renewable energies, transportation networks) and shipping.
Frank Wischott advised Deutsche Annington/Vonovia on refinancing and IPO. He also advised Hapag Lloyd on the merger with Chilean CSAV and on the merger with UASC. Further transactions included:
