With a strong focus on cross-border transactions, I support international groups in the successful integration of newly acquired companies. My area of expertise is the conversion of accounting to HGB, US GAAP or IFRS - from the preparation of opening balance sheets to consistent monthly reporting in accordance with the respective requirements of the parent company.

Through targeted optimisations in the accounting area, I help companies to make their closing processes more efficient, shorten closing cycles and at the same time measurably increase the quality of their financial reporting.

A particular focus of my work is the management and coordination of international, interdisciplinary project teams in pre- and post-deal phases. With a structured Project Management Office (PMO), I ensure that all workstreams mesh smoothly - for successful and sustainable integration.
