Michael Sauermann

Michael Sauermann is Partner in charge for Forensic Technology at KPMG Germany and is responsible for Cyber Incident Response, eDiscovery and Forensic Data Analytics. He supports his clients in the management of IT security and cybercrime incidents as well as crisis management. A further focus of his work is the identification, imaging, processing, search and managed review of any data, e.g. in the context of official orders, legal disputes or compliance and internal audit investigations (eDiscovery). Furthermore, Forensic mass data analysis enable his clients to identify and follow up indicators of fraud and corruption cases as well as process and control weaknesses.
