As an auditor of publicly traded companies, I know what it means to be listed on the stock exchange. I combine this experience with in-depth knowledge of financial information in securities prospectuses, especially earnings forecasts, and expert knowledge of IFRS accounting. Due to my experience as an auditor and consultant, I see challenges from different perspectives and therefore stand for holistic solutions as a capital market expert.
