I am a certified public accountant/tax advisor and, as a director in the area of deal advisory, I am responsible for valuation projects in the area of company valuations against the background of transactional and regulatory valuation issues. My focus is on carrying out expert company valuations (IDW S 1) as well as company formation and capital increase audits. In addition, I assist companies in the IPO process in preparing the profit forecast in accordance with IDW RH HFA 2.003.
