Andreas Obergarz

As an auditor, I have many years of experience in auditing annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and in reporting in accordance with group accounting guidelines (in particular Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, UGB). My focus is on auditing and advising medium-sized companies. I also represent the Private Equity Audit Group in Cologne and hold the position of Audit Head of our Country Practice Switzerland. I have an extensive background in auditing the design and implementation of internal control systems according to Swiss rules.
