Meino Müller is responsible for KPMG's Performance & Strategy business in Germany.

He has more than 20 years of experience in supporting management teams in identifying, planning and implementing measures to improve the performance of company portfolios, including the transformation of organisations and operating models. His main focus is on carve-out planning and management for internal reorganisations and transaction programmes. His clients include life science and industrial companies in various sectors looking for growth options and opportunities to improve their competitive position.

He also heads the Life Sciences & Chemicals sector for KPMG in Germany.
