Florian Merkel

Florian Merkel was one of the initiators of KPMG Venture Services in 2013 and has since provided comprehensive advice to growth companies and venture capitalists on national and international tax law issues. The focus of his work is on tax advisory and tax structuring projects for corporations and partnerships, in particular the taxation of start-ups, digital business models and venture capitalists. He is also a regular speaker at workshops and conferences and gives lectures on tax issues related to start-ups and venture capitalists.
