Dr. Bastian Liegmann

Bastian joined the Berlin office in February 2023 as a Partner Indirect Tax Services and was previously an Associated Partner at Flick Gocke Schaumburg Berlin for 9 years. He advises on all VAT issues, in particular on the digital economy, e-commerce, crypto and digital assets. He regularly comments on and publishes in the literature on VAT law, lectures on specialist VAT topics and teaches VAT law at the University of Potsdam.
