Public sector clients have been at the centre of Torsten Kaiser's consulting activities for more than 20 years. With his professional expertise and many years of industry experience, he supports federal ministries, federal states and larger municipalities as well as non-profit organisations and foundations. 

From October 2021 to September 2024, Torsten Kaiser was responsible for the Public Sector segment at KPMG.

As Sector Head Government, he focussed primarily on the potential for advising federal ministries and the federal states. 

Torsten Kaiser has extensive experience from a wide range of consulting projects in the areas of strategy development, programme and project management, implementation and consolidation of IT systems, analysis and optimisation of cost structures and profitability considerations, process optimisation, procurement and logistics, corporate finance, change management, personnel development and planning as well as risk management.
