As a partner in the Capital Markets Assurance department, I support my clients in the preparation and implementation of capital market transactions and contribute my expertise in the area of (international) accounting.

I draw on my many years of experience in auditing and advising on complex accounting issues and on a large number of projects to implement regulatory changes.

I am passionate about supporting capital market transactions, such as IPOs or carve-outs, and combine this with my expertise in the preparation and review of prospectus-specific financial information.
