Nicolai Kiskalt is a partner at KPMG in Germany. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and strategy consulting in top management consulting firms in various industries and regions, including Ukraine since 2018.
For KPMG's region EMA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), Nicolai is an international Private Sector Leader (Private Sector Leader | KPMG Ukraine Gateway) responsible for private sector clients interested in investing in Ukraine. His mission is to support and transform Ukraine, a country with which he has a deep connection. Nicolai uses his expertise in strategic management, business transformation and innovation to provide high quality solutions and insights to KPMG clients and employees interested in Ukraine. He also contributes to Ukraine's social and economic development by publishing books and articles and partnering with local organizations and leaders. In close cooperation with KPMG Ukraine, his consulting focus includes supporting German and international companies in various industries in all life cycle phases with a focus on market entries, setting up production facilities and expansions into Ukraine.
For KPMG in Germany, Nicolai is the coordinator of the KPMG Ukraine Gateway Initiative (Coordinator | KPMG Ukraine Gateway | KPMG Germany) and also takes care of the Ukrainian employees of KPMG in Germany.
For KPMG in Germany, Nicolai is also Head of the Central and Eastern Europe Desk in the "International Business" segment and supports companies from the region in their activities in Germany, as well as German companies in their activities in Central and Eastern Europe.
