I have more than 20 years of experience with advising medium-sized companies, family businesses and corporates (DAX40 environment), especially in the media, retail, electronics, automotive, pharmaceutical and biotech industries. As a KPMG Partner in Consulting, I am responsible for Finance Advisory and the family business segment. I oversee engagements with regard to accounting and financial reporting issues in the course of IFRS/US GAAP transition projects and capital market transactions.

  • Co-author of the Beck´scher Bilanzkommentar [Commentary on Accounting]

  • Moderator of panels regarding IFRS topics and issues surrounding the German Accounting Law Modernization Act [BilMoG]

  • Leader of the KPMG Network for Media and Publishing and in this role a regular author of industry studies and participant on panels (e.g. at the Mediatage München, or the in the periodicals of the Federation of German Newspaper Publishers [VdZ])
