Kai Kramer

Kai Kramer is responsible for our "Transformation Banking" cluster at Financial Services and is also head of our overarching "Financial Services Digital Transformation" solution. He has been advising international financial institutions for over 15 years. Before joining KPMG, Kai Kramer was a managing partner at one of the world's four leading strategy consulting groups. As an interim manager, he was also responsible for the restructuring and management of a division in a major corporation. The graduate industrial engineer has extensive knowledge in the transformation of financial institutions, organisational and management structures as well as the development and implementation of strategy programmes. He brings his expertise to KPMG, among other things, as one of the lead partners for the topic of digital transformation. In addition, Kai Kramer has broad knowledge in the design and implementation of new management concepts, spin-off and restructuring programmes as well as new business and operating models.
